Is a "Mighty Ducks" remake inevitable?
« Thread started on: Mar 5th, 2005, 10:51am »

Okay, I started thinking about this after being informed that Hollywood would be remaking one of the greatest sports movies of all time, "The Bad News Bears". This is all just speculation, but does anyone else here see a Mighty Ducks remake coming out of Hollywood 10-20 years from now? It just seems inevitable to me since they are now remaking BNB.

(If you couldn't tell, I really don't like remakes - long live the original versions of all tv shows and movies!!!)

These D4 posts are getting annoying, Vincent is not going to be in it so who gives a damn. This is his site not a Mighty ducks site. Sorry, I didn't mean to come off so rude.

i pretty sure the post was not meant to refer to d4. it was just posing the question of whether or not the mighty ducks would ever be remade. i don't doubt that it will. hollywood always recycles ideas. and as for this being a vinnie site and not a mighty duck site, it's not like we have a whole lot to discuss about him at this moment. it's not like we're discussing something that doesn't relate to him at all. not to be rude or anything.

i agree there isnt much about Vince that we can discuss. we can talk about Mighty ducks coz that was his only real film.. but i think theres no point speculating about MD4 coz that topic has pretty much been exhausted lol if we get any info then we can discuss. it does get abit boring when people keep re-iterating things that have already been talked about... but that kinda limits things. so wat do we talk about then??

Ok, you guys seem to have misunderstood me. Go back and read my original message. I was not talking about MD4, I was talking about a remake, there's a difference. I was just posting a topic since there's not much else going on. I was speculating as to whether they would do a remake of the original story 10-20 years from now since Hollywood is doing a remake of Bad News Bears. This has absolutely nothing to do with MD4.
